Telkom is trash

I'm so unhappy with Telkom right now. I recharged with R40 airtime yesterday, I still haven't received my airtime. Ive been calling the call centre since yesterday, no answer, I've tried to contact them on various channels, no response. You made me miss my deadline of my projects. I want my money back because I am porting to an other network. Yall don't care about your customers. I spend so much money on data with you, check my records. I will rather spend that money on a network that care about their customers. Yall wanna post about idol supper winners on Facebook and not respond to our queries, what *** is that man. Gaan. I want my money back please
