Telkom is Trash

I took a 24 months 10GBDay /10GBnight router contract from Tellkom Mondo and firstly it did not work well but it would tell me data has depleted in the middle of the month. I tolerated it until i finished the 24 months contract. but they kept on debiting my account even after the contract was up. i then logged an incident for termination of contract but i never received any response from Telkom on the ticket i logged instead they continued to debit my account. I reversed the 2 debit orders they took on my account and blocked the debit order. now they changed be R200 each debit order i reversed and they took me to the attorneys for the R480 they say i owe them and that bruised and ruined my credit score it i am now getting a demand from attorneys that i owe them R1600. I owe Telkom nothing. I have payed for their ****py data network for a whole 24 months and now they tell me i owe them. NEVER!. I never ever want to associate with Telkom in my life.
