Telkom is trash

I'm actually ****ed and disgusted by the service I'm getting at Telkom, I recently purchased a A7plus 2018 on contract. In which my benefits were 1gb,50 SMS and 100min for 24 months then an extra 10gb for the next 6months. But I have been given everything but the 10gb instead I'm being given 5gb. I tried to resolve this over the phone 5 times in which consultants failed me and told me to go fix it at the branch. I went to the branch 3 times I even had to get a new sim card as part of their resolvement to my issue, they failed me too as i was den told that there is a scale opened on my behalf i have to wait 72hrs but i then waited 8days still no data. And their network is up to **** to name a few things that I'm unhappy with. So it would be my nice if Telkom can cancel my contract as dey failing to assist me, coz going back to the branch is what im not gonna do. Or they should pay me my petrol back, load my data and send me an apology in writing by the end of today coz wow I'm gatvol with their service.
