Telkom is trash

Telkom is just useless. I've trying to cancel my adsl contract with them for months!!!!! The email ********** does not work. The online self service does not work. Contacting telkom support does not work, calling their customer care line is just useless, going to any shop is just useless cause the just put you on the phone with the useless customer care line. Contacting telkom on social media does work either. The worst ever!!!!!!!!!
