Telkom Is Trash!!!

I have been having problems with the telkom app for weeks now and no one at the store can help me. When I call the line I hold for about 20 minutes and I always run out of airtime and therefore never get help. I am utterly disgusted by the service I am currently getting. Furthermore, when I use the online site to view my data usage it gives me incorrect information, at this current moment it says I have data but in actually fact the data is now finished. I use a Huawei LTE router.
