Telkom is totally useless
<p>Very very very disgusted with telkom, now they went and reconnected at mu old address after i moved out, and its impossible to call anyone, abd the shop staff is urrerly useless, sat i must call the 10... number, wonder how they think i am suppose to call a number if my libe is not working at my new address and i moved out of old address, and guess what j cant call it from. Cell</p> <p><br />Useless</p>

Please note To date I have not received ANY feedback. On the 10 May I also emailed my application to terminate ALL my telkom services and close my account, and still I have not received any feedback on that either.
I recevied a automated email back stating a telkom rep will call me within 21 days, this also did not happen.
So can I now assume my account has been closed? as I should not be held liable for cost of services not received and delays on telkoms side in providing MEENINGFULL feedback.
