Telkom is totally ridiculous!!!!

It is now one month later and still nothing from Telkom. We reported a faulty ADSL line last month and to date nothing has been done. We have had promises that the matter has been escalated and a technician has been appointed and after several calls and fights and follow ups, still nothing from Telkom. How do they expect a business to survive like this. and every time you call its the same story but nothing gets done. Pathetic is to kind a word to describe the service that Telkom offers.
