Telkom is total failure

Hi, Telkom has still not cancelled the ADSL + Line for ********** 263 for more than 9 months now ; and i am still getting bills every month for it. This is pure harassment and incompetency of Telkom. I have never seen useless company like Telkom who can't resolve small issues like this. Regards, Amit More ********** 180
