Telkom is throtteling my Internet

Hi for 3 days i can hardly use my Internet because Telkom has throttle my internet. I did a speedtest and it is the same for 3 days now at .39 mb and normal speed is always 1.74mb. Why? The so called uncapped internet is capped ? I phone telkom and told me they did I reset and it should be ok but another lie its still the same.<br> We are paying the highest rates in our country for the slowest networks in the world with an Internet that wont work because of the poor service ISP TELKOM SA
