Telkom is thrash

Its been 2 days now i cannot make calls or use my data i have tried calling the call center i was not assisted also the lady just said hold on then drop the phone. This is so annoying because we buy data to be able to socialize with our loved ones, we live in a country where the is high rate of crime i cannot even call my neighbors when i hear something strange outside.
