telkom is there for the comunity WHAT A JOKE !!!!!!

<p>it all started 4 monthes ago when i first got approval for instalation it al got lost and i needed to apply again now i have a ref nuber and stil no help they even send me an sms to tell me welcom to telkom with email and password to all i need is the work to be done is that so difficult ??? this is by far the worts experience i have ever had with a service provider</p>
