Telkom - is there anyone out there?

My wife has been trying for over a year to cancel her telephone account at Telkom. The consultants don't seem to be able to help you and when you get through their system is not working or offline. You cannot go to a Telkom shop because they only do new accounts etc. The account just keeps on adding up. I don't know if there is anyone capable to help. We are really fed up with this kind of service. This is definitely the last company in South Africa that we would recommend. It would be a great surprise if a knowledgeable consultant will contact us to resolve this issue once and for all and then we might consider to deal with Telkom in future
