Telkom is the Worst worst worst!!!!

If there was a zero rating star I'd give them. If it's not a failed debit order then I manually pay but my account ends up being handed over to lawyers or I get summons that I'm owing my telkom account but I pay every month. Debit order is for the 20th and I paid my account on the 1st of August, received a statement from Telkom that I'm in arrears... As I speak today my router and Sim card are still disconnected yet I paid full amount and will not be receiving compensation for the days I'm without connection. Reaching out to their team that keeps "escalating" is not helping either. This has become a pattern that I am without connection for a week or two then connect for another week or two but be charged an amount of connection for a month.
