Telkom is the worst with there over billing...just coz the y forget to debit

Telkom is the worst ever to take out a contract with.i took out a WiFi router with them and they keep on forgetting to Bill me on the 31st ..and then then they over bill me with penalty fees ...they are the worst ,the worst ever
