Telkom is the worst when it comes to customer care

<p>Telkom just doesn't cater for its customers. I ordered a 10mbit line and it's been over a month since then and now I'm being told that our area doesn't allow more that 4mbit speed. They just outsource some very unprofessional contractors to do the work and there is still no internet access. Their call centre is a joke as well.</p>
