TELKOM IS THE WORST!!!!! WHAT A **** SHOW.

I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life! I spent more than 2 hours on a call being transferred between different departments after requesting to speak to a manager. I was told that the manager is in a meeting for more than an hour and that I need to email the manager instead. I then requested a reference number for the call as I would like to log a formal complaint about the horrible service received, being put on mute without any warning and for being cold transferred from the billing department to the retention department and eventually my call was released/dropped. No callback was made to me to resolve my query. I am being billed for services I am unable to use, I cannot receive calls or make calls or sms's. This is my primary phone number in the event of an emergency for my kids school and creche I AM UNREACHABLE THANKS TO TELKOM!
