Telkom is the worst thing that ever happened to this country

<p>I am utterly frustrated with Telkom. Our internet has been down for over 4 weeks now and Telkom has not fixed it despite multiple calls, visits and emails to their customer services. Furthermore, they refuse to rebate us for the fees we need to continue paying to Mweb even if we don;t have internet because of them. My phone bill is sky high as I need to use my mobile hotspot to run my business from home (and they probably wont repabe me for this either). They are the biggest telephone company in South Africa and they say that it is taking so long due to a "lack of resources". I don't think that they will ever fix our internet because they simply don't care. I would recommend that everyone stays away from Telkom because they are totally useless and greedy.</p>
