TELKOM IS THE WORST THING I EVER HAD TO ENDURE IN MY LIFE

1) Cancellation was a nightmare 2) Was told service will be cancelled 3) Was promised *** call backs, none happened 4) Got my credit score, see that they have been trying to bill me for the last 12 month listing as a default on my credit score every month 5) Shows I owe R14 000. I CANCELLED and have had a new service for a year!!! 6) Cancelled when my contract expired... EXPIRED, NO MORE CONTRACT... TELKOM NO MORE MONEY OWED...Don't know how else to put it in words that they will understand? NIE MEER...KLAAR...FINISHED???? 7) Tried to cancel again, don't know my service number, no longer have that Email address to use to retrieve my login details, asked if there is any other way to cancel, was told no. Asked what I should do, said they don't know!!!

I have never complained like this before!

If my service is not cancelled I will go to every media outlet I know and blow it up!!!

Given what I see there are 1000's ****erally) of other people having the same issue... lets get them involved here as well.

Never in my life have I experienced service this poor!!! I swear hell has better customer service!!!
