Telkom is the WORST, they dont care about your credit score

I cancelled my Telkom contract 2 years ago only to find out beginning of last year, when I tried to apply for credit, that they never cancelled my contract, so I redid the whole process. A week ago when I tried to apply for credit at the bank they declined saying I have bad credit. After investigation, Telkom cancelled my contract last year but never informed me of a R375 CANCELLATION FEE that I supposedly owe them (baring in mind that when I cancelled my contract last year, it was already suppose to be cancelled the year before that). No one told me about this cancellation fee but my contract is cancelled (I have been on prepaid for the last year). Now how do u cancel something if u didnt pay a cancellation fee that was supposedly demandes from you. Now I am once again sitting with bad credit because the credit bureau just sees that I didnt pay that R375 for the past year? Telkom not willing to assist me in any regard, I MUST JUST PAY (this is literally what I was told). How am I ever going to buy a house with Telkom not leaving me alone. Please also keep in mind that I cancelled my contract with Telkom 2 years ago because everything month they just deducted ridiculous amounts from my account (one time an amount of R4000 which was my rent and food money). Telkom is the worst and I will NEVER support them again and I will be sharing my experience with everyone. Shame on you telkom.
