Telkom is THE WORST! Telkom is HELL!

To say I HATE Telkom with a passion it would be an understatement. The WORST experience of my life has been with Telkom, they debit on dates not agreed to. Different amounts never agreed to, the 2 worst was when they uncapped my contract to unlimited when my contract was supposed to be R150 a month I was billed more than R600 twice for uncapped services never agreed to. Then when contract ended they rolled it month to month , I was not aware of this as services were stopped and I assumed it is because contract ended. But NOOOOOO each month the service was suspended I'm still being billed for HEAVEN KNOWS WHAT, I ended up paying R800 to cancel the contract and that R800 was for no service at all, it was just to stop then from billing me month to month for suspended services. I hate Telkom. Never again!!
