Telkom is the worst Telecommunications Service Provider in South Africa

During the month of September 2018, I contacted Telkom to register a complaint regarding drop calls that I have been experiencing. On the 11 February 2019, I contacted the call centre to report the matter again and again, but to date my query has not been resolved. I have also sent several emails to the Telkom Escalation Center, but still the matter has not been resolved. I also visited the Telkom shop, but I was not helped.
