TELKOM is the Worst telecommunication provider ever!

I logged a request to change my contract plan from a top up to an open line. The agent decided to also cancel the contract so was due to pay the device once off. I notified telkom that I did not request for the contract to be cancelled but just for the plan to be changed. I was promised that this will be rectified, however the case was closed without any solution, I asked them to open the case but my lines were suspended and they didn't even bother trying to resolve my issue. I would never recommend anyone to take any contract with telkom, I am happy with their rates but their service is the worst.
