Telkom is the worst supplier in South Africa

I booked a home adsl installation a month ago. It was scheduled for installation an Telkom failed to arrive. 8 days later and 5 phone calls from my side to Telkom and they finally advise there is a fault in the area. I reschedule an appointment for a week from this date. Today - the second appointment date - they advise that there is no technician assigned and they cannot assign it or put me through to the department who does assign it as they have no telephone number for them. Yes Telkom - a telephone service provider - has no telephone numbers for their own departments. What a ****ing joke. Pathetic.
