Telkom is the worst Still no refund in my account

i still have not received any money back from Telkom that they wrongly took of on the 23 th august . I received an the call centre agent from the billing area promised my money will be back in my account on the 11th September after a 2 month wait , well its the 14th now and i still dont have any money back. I have made about 10 calls and every time i get a different story and promises. I dont know what to do with these guys anymore as it is beyond a joke. Their customer service is laugable at best and would never recommend them as a financial institution. <br> <br>
