Telkom is the worst service provider. Run as far as you can

Last year I entered into an agreement with Telkom. I requested the installation of Fibre of which it was done. Everything seemed to be going so well up until today I realized my internet is not working. I Enquired with with their department taken from one person to another. I was told that my Fibre service was cancel due to not paying since last year. I never missed any payments. My last payment was done 25th March 2022. I do have a contract forwarded to me by Telkom where I signed which dates should the debit order take place. Today I'm told have not been paying. To my understanding I am paying. After being taken from one person to another I am told to do their administration part of which this is so confusing to me. I am told that Telkom Fibre aren't in relationship with my broadband. To me Telkom is Telkom I don't know their I was told that since the Fibre was installed, I was still paying my broadband which I had no knowledge of. I made it clear that I would like to be change to the Fibre. After it was installed I was told all is well. Even the simcard was transferred to the new moderm. If Telkom noticed I have not been paying since last year why are they only telling me now when I gave all my details to debit from my bank as per the agreement. Why did they cancel my wifi without communication. I need to understand from Telkom why they did not deduct the amount due to them if they saw there is outstanding amount. Where as from my side seeing Monthly deductions from Telkom meant Telkom was indeed deducting and not once I ever missed my Monthly payment to Telkom. Now I am told that I owe Telkom. How so. I'm very upset that I have to be inconvenienced in this way when I went in person to Walmer and I was assured that all is well. But today Telkom is singing a different tune. I'm inconvenienced. I hate everything about Telkom. I've been canceled even more from internet connection. Why. I need this to be resolved by Telkom but not me.
