TELKOM IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER ON THE PLANET

I have been with telkom for a long time now and I don't know what or who they hired recently but, the past year has been the worst experience I have ever gotten from any service provider!!

They informed me that they didn't receive payment in April which is a debit order FYI and my account went into arrears and I got an sms. I called them to query the sms as I wasn't aware and they told me that they didn't receive payment from me in April. Long story short, I pulled my bank statements which clearly shows the amount going off my account and I tried sending this proof to 11 different agents I spoke to on 11 different calls I had to make while trying to sort this out. ALL ELEVEN agents tells me that they received nothing, yet I tested my email to several other locations at the same time and they received the test mail in seconds! STILL NO PROGRESS 5 months later!

In May there was no debit order that went off so I decided to go pay it manually, no problem but, they then took that payment for April that I apparently didn't pay according to them and continued to put me in arrears and then they just blocked my account. Could not make or receive any calls, any texts, use any data! I work directly from my phone a lot of the time, so you can imagine the impact it had on me!!

I have gone into the stores several times to sort it out but apparently I can't even do that because you have to deal with the call centre for account issues. No one in the store can do anything for me!! THE MOST IDIOTIC SYSTEM I have ever heard of!! Don't get me wrong, this is not directed at the people in the store. The helped the best they could and I showed the proof!

So as of Current, my account is completely blocked yet they are still charging me every month and I can't use anything!! Do you get CRAZIER, RIPOFF, ******* and UNPROFFESSIONAL DUMB IDIOTS than those that work at the Telkom call centres, account centres or whatever they choose to call whatever they think running over there!!

TELKOM, you should bury yourself alive, I guarentee your service will be the same!! I have never dealt with a more unprofessional and scheming company in the existence of my life!
