Telkom Is The Worst Service Provider IN THE WORLD!! Period!

<p>Telkom, you are probably the worst "service provider" ever, in the history of mankind.</p> <p><br />Our company has now been without telephone lines now from 27 March!</p> <p><br />We've logged the fault *15* times, 16th attempt to log the problem today.</p> <p><br />Telkom is ****ing business. <br />Useless support, useless management and useless maintenance.</p> <p><br />On numerous occassions a supervisor was going to call me back -- and of course never did.</p> <p>To this day I'm waiting for a Danny (a supervisor) to call, and Tindeka (a supervisor) to call...<br /> And NOTHING.</p> <p><br />To top it off, the bogus that these technicians dream up, apparently on 20/4 -</p> <p>"a technician was at our premises" but no one ever came.</p> <p>And needless to say, the fault was 'cleared' but nothing was ever done!<br />Try telling that to the call-center people. They argue with you that the fault was cleared! :S</p> <p><br />Telkom is truly the most useless company to deal with!</p> <p><br />When our phones do ring, we get to listen in on two other people having a converstation.<br />Then we setup the call-forwarding - <br />a) never worked, <br />b) somehow we now have a pin we're supposed to use to call a mobile number, but noone ever informed us what the pin ACTUALLY IS!</p> <p><br />Telkom is ****ing our business! <br />Another cancer this country has to suffer with!</p> <p><br />Telkom, you are the worst "service provider" IN THE WORLD!!</p> <p>You are a waste of space!</p>
