Telkom is the worst service provider in the world

I have paid my account ahead so i am in credit of almost R3000. I have moved house and have been trying t move my ADSL line for over a week now. Now i finally get a date for the technician to come out. I stay home all day only for the technician assigned to me to phone and say he is too busy to come out today.... so thats another full day of business lost as well as wasted time sitting at home waiting for nobody.
