Telkom is the worst service provider in the history and they are staying on podium for being the worst.

So my line was cancelled by Telkom themselves. I have spend the entire morning on my cellphone trying to get the matter resolved with spending just over a R100 of my MTN airtime and yet my line is working.

So they cannot tell me the exact reason as every operator has a different excuse and redirects me to a different person, dialing number and options to choose.

This is pathetic as my monthly bill is up to date and my account currently in excess of just over R1.00. So in other words Telkom owes me money but no one can tell me why my line has been cancelled nor can they tell me why they can not reinstate my land line!!!

This is simply the worst and most pathetic company.

Not only do I now have to try and deal with this *********** Telkom company, but for the last 2 years my line has been so bad when it actually works. Within the same 2 years I have been waiting for my cordless satellite phone from Telkom which were supposed to be delivered by my place of work.
