Telkom is the worst service provider in the countr

Telkom is the most useless service provider in SA!!!!! First they install the WRONG type of line after I confirmed it with the sales department and damn technician!!!! Then I have to bear the cost of the wrong line was installed. <br> After I then asked Telkom to fix their stuff-up via logging a new service request they havent come back with any timelines to when they will do the migration of the wrong installation and this is now week 3 after they say in their T&C's it takes 7-14 working days!!!!! But in the meantime my data service provider is billing me. Now I am standing at the fourways crossing branch and their attitude is so *** that u cant speak with them and the new proposed date is 19 April!!! *** !!! I HATE TELKOM and havent even started using their *** services
