Telkom is the worst service provider in South Africa

I would not recommend Telkom to my worst enemy. Not only has the service that I have received been absolutely appalling, but the fact that a simple request to cancel my account and transfer my deposit has been left unanswered for nearly 3 and a half months.

In addition to this, the agent I spoke to could not find my deposit on the system which I wanted transferred to another account. I have spent hours driving to Telkom and phoning Telkom with absolutely no success. I WILL be sure to advice everyone I know not to use Telkom as a service provider.
