( Telkom is the worst service provider in SA ) They don't want to cancel my contract even after 24 months of paying for my phone.

Telkom consultants and complaints team are ***********, lack compassion for their jobs and forget that a lot of people need jobs and they are playing with their jobs.

I just want to cancel my contract however their consultants and complaints team(that take 10 days to give you feedback if they care to give it to you at all ) keep referring me to their useless App that doesn't work and as a result I'm incurring reversal charges at the bank because they are debiting the incorrect amount.

Its been three months now trying to revolve this query. their process are frustrating and useless.

if this query is not resolved after this hello peter complaint I am going to lay a complaint with the Ombuds.
