Telkom is the worst "service" provider in SA

Do not EVER do business with Telkom! You will regret it. Rather pay more at any other service provider. I cancelled my line at the end of January 2018 with Telkom by e-mail by sending all the correct documentation. I have asked the service provider, AXXESS in this case, to provide proof of their instruction for Telkom to cancel the ADSL service on the line. I have given given Telkom proof of the ADSL cancellation and a reference number. Telkom is still trying to debit me for the last 2 month's for a line that has been cancelled, using the excuse, the ADSL service provider has not given them an instruction to cancel. A blatant lie!

The consultants do not care, they do not pretend to care .They treat you like trash when you call them...DO NOT USE TELKOM>>>>EVER!!!!!
