TELKOM IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER I HAVE EVER USED. STAY AWAY FROM TELKOM CONTRACTS OR YOU WILL BE VICTIMS OF *****

Telkom has to be the worst service provider I have ever interacted with. I have come to the conclusion that they either encourage their staff member to commit ***** on their clients account or they create an environment that enables such behaviors. I'm saying this because I have noticed that they do not take the ***** issue service.

I have recently become a victim of ***** commitment by a Telkom employee and its for the second time this is happening in to my account. I reported the matter two weeks ago and I was told that the matter will be allocated to an investigator within 72 hours. It has been two weeks and when I followed up I was told that an investigator has not yet been allocated.

On the same day will the consultant was checking my account we noticed that another ********** number had been added since the previous was blocked.

Now Telkom suspended my line claiming that I owe them whereas I have paid my monthly premium as per the agreement. They want me to pay for the usage of the ********** SIM cards which I will never do.

This company is rotten to the core. I wonder how many other clients are they doing this to.
