Telkom is the worst service provider EVER!

Telkom is a pathetic network and the most unreliable and unpleasant service ever. I regret ever doing business with them. I canceled my telkom fixed line and Wi-Fi account due to their bad services and because my Wi-Fi was consistently giving issues and my home phone was not working, after many calls to them my problem persisted so I decided to cancel the service and move to a more reliable service. On the 4th April I called and was informed my service is now canceled on the 5th April my Wi-Fi was completely discounted, home phone no longer in service and they removed my account from their portal now a month later I get a letter from a debt collectors saying I owe telkom money. I called and they say I need to pay for the full month of April because they take 30 days to process a cancellation. How absurd! They canceled my services immediately and I was left with no Wi-Fi or home phone but I was billed for a service that I was unable to use. Ridiculous!
