Telkom is the worst service provider EVER!!!!!

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I'm appalled at the service I'm receiving from Telkom. It is the worst service provider I've ever had the displeasure to do business with. I spoke to a Mbali who would not give me her surname and was very rude, and couldn't or rather wouldn't help me with my query. And don't get me started on their "*****" department, who I think should be investigated as I believe they themselves are committing a lot of *****. I'm still awaiting feedback on 5 ***** cases I've lodged with them.
