Telkom is the worst service provider ever and no one should ever do business with them

I have been struggling with Telkom since beginning of Feb 2018 to reconnect my internet. After countless visits to their stores being told to phone the 10210 number just to be told that I need to visit the store just to be told again to phone the 10210 number, I still don't have internet. Telkom told me that I could get a sim card that they will load with 1 GB op data while my line is down. I tried this, but after again visiting the store being told to phone 10210 just to be told to phone 081 180, is still have no internet. I hold on for 30 min minimum each time, running my cellphone bill up, and then when I get through the cut me off each time. So I have to phone back again and hold on again for 30 min just to get to a new agent who seems to know even less than the first one I spoke to, if that is even possible. I am so fed up.
