Telkom is the worst service provider ever

Your consultants are the worst. I just called 10213 to follow up on my order and one of your consultants was very rude, when I asked him to transfer me to his superiors, he decides to redirect my call to the main menu.

How do you as a company expect to get customers when the first person who has to assist is so rude.

Telkom keeps disappointing.
