Telkom is the worst service provider ever

Worst service provider in the histor of the word ***********. For the last two weeks my business fiber line has been down, my only sin was updating my line from 10mb to 20mb, i have never regretted anything in my life more. the telephone operators are parrots who repeat the same thing everyday i have called the 2x a day for the last three weeks. My business financials are suffering as a result yet they still have the audacity to expect me to pay them after this. They admit they are the cause then they tell me they have no timeline as to when my issue will be sorted. techniocians close issue and lie that they have contacted me. What the Rotten egg is going on, then they monopolise the lines so ypu have to still rent through them. utter incompetence
