TELKOM IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!

I have cancelled my account at the end of June 2018. I made final payment and called in to confirm account was cancelled. Till today my account has not been cancelled. I have to call every month and speak to someone including managers who promise they will call me back. One manager told me they have a big back log of un-suspending accounts to cancel. I have never received a call back till today. Now they want to hand me over for not paying my account. THIS is the WORST service I have ever experienced in my life and for once i'm not going to take it anymore and contact my lawyer.
