telkom is the worst service provider ever

worst service ever... i placed a order online they already debited my account and now more than 2 weeks later stil no phone and no info... managers are always in a meeting so i cant talk to them. i have wasted a small fortune on airtime tryung to call 10213 holding for 18 minutes minumum every time... i did not even get a tracking number.... customer service consultanrlts are rude and not help full... i went to a telkom branch and they said they cant help because the order is online l there sugestion is to cancel my order, go to the bank and reverse the debit order and then go to a telkom branch and re apply at a branch..... realy realy useless.
