TELKOM IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!

I want to cancel my Telkom line. I reported a fault in March and up to now I have had no-one to come and repair or assist me.

You don't get any service from them and even after you phone and Telkom "escalates" the problem do they not respond.

I am fed up with them. I phoned them numerous times, went to the shop and reported the line faulty over and over again.

This is pathetic!!!!
