Telkom is the worst service provider ever

I have had to cancel my adsl line , landline and wifi with telkom due to pathetic service - no service rather - I receive a bill monthly and I have not had service from telkom. I swapped my fix land line to a landline look alike - they took a month to deliver the unit but it hasn't worked since. so I have basically not had service for approximately 4 months and interrupted service for over a year. I have called and tweeted them to no avail. but like clockwork I receive a bill monthly for NO SERVICE
