Telkom is the worst service provider

Telkom has zero customer service. The service they provide is so terrible. I mean it’s really extremely bad that you get now service. My account was suspended on the 16 of May 2025 to which payment was made in 20 of May 2025. It’s the 26 of May 2025 and still I waited over 114Hours I repeat 114 hours for my the suspension to have lifted. I am fuming. My skin is crawling from lack of service and urgency.

It’s pathetic, lousy and unfortunately I would never recommend Telkom to a family or friend. Seems like they just hire anyone there not willing to assist or even make the effort to solve problems instead they higher people to read from some silly script to get paying customers off their backs. Yes we are paying I would like to be able use my service before I take the legal route.
