Telkom is the WORST service provider

Telkom is TERRIBLE. Unauthorized debit orders going off my account AT THE END OF THE 3 YEAR CONTRACT... only to be told that I have to physically cancel the contract - after being told by 2 separate branches that I don't have to cancel because it's the end of the contract. People at the branches can't help with cancellations, people on the phone can't help with cancellations, online can't help, Facebook page can't help. app does not work, call back request does not work work..... I will never take another contract with Telkom again!!
