Telkom is the WORST service provider!

I took a contract phone with Telkom a few years back (2022) and after paying for it for a year it got ******. I decided to go take another phone on contract and all was successful but after a few days of having that new phone I realized it was glitching and would often freeze so I took it back to the store, to the same sales person who sold it to me and told him that I had a problem and since it was within the 7 day period after buying the phone, I could return it and ask for another one. This is where all my problems started

The sales rep agreed to take it back after assessing it and he gave me a another phone, I wanted to insure it so I signed all the relevant documents and left the store thinking it all was well and my phone is insured. So I was paying for 2 phones the one that got lost and the new contract phone that I took to replace that one and the insurance for it or so I thought.

Fast forward a year or so ago I realized that I was being billed a very huge amount considering that the phone I took in 2022 for a 2 year contact (the one that got ******) should've been pair off by now but the amount I was paying was still the same.

I went to the shop to ask about this only to find out that the whole time since signing a new contract I have been paying for 3 phones; the one that got ******, the one that was glitching and the one I took to replace that one. Also, my phone wasn't insured!! I have been trying to fight this matter for years now going between the shop and the call center yet Telkom has failed to fix the mistake they made.

If the Sales rep is the one who made the mistake of not logging the phone that was glitching as faulty and now Telkom I am under debt review because I simply refuse to pay for a mistake that I didn't make. If the Sales representative wasn't too busy flirting with my sister he would've picked up on that OR maybe he just kept the phone I returned for himself and made me continue paying for it thinking I am paying for insurance. Telkom is the WORST service provider I have ever dealt with! I regret ever taking a contract with them!
