Telkom is the worst service provider

I have made many calls to telkom customer care support and never are they ever able to resolve my query the supervisors are never available and my account is paid in full and I am getting messages that I am in arrears I have call on the 5th of April to find out what is with the messages and was told I have nothing in arrears and now I still get messages as they have deducted again their money again on the 23rd of April so they now decide to cut my lines so what is the issue as the supervisor can never contact you back or they can never resolve the issue at hand
