TELKOM IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER

<p>Let me first tell you that the people at Telkom have absolutely no customer service whatsoever.</p> <p>I app**** online for the uncapped WIFI. They say they will get back to you in 24-48hours, which of course did not happen. So I decided to go into the Gateway store, wich my husband and I waited an hour 10min, the lady in the store has the nerve to say that we where not waiting that long, obvioulsy she did not see us. Then we get told we must wait until she is ready, she sat at her station for about 10min talking to her collegue before she called us. Took another 30min to sign us up. The guy came to install the line 7 days later only to find out that the cabeling is not correct and they have to get some other technician to sort this out. It is now the 13JUN17 and STILL no internet !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>What kind of a Business does Telkom run honestly... nobody calls to updates, we have to call them all the time. No sense of urgency or care in the world. What do we have to do to get internet.... something that WE want to pay for yet we still cannot get it.</p> <p>I HATE TELKOM WITH A PASSION !!!</p>
