Telkom is the worst service provider

Worst service ever. Took a contract for 24 months and when the contract expired, they continued to charge me every month which I did not understand, till I decided to close the account and they told me I owe R3000 which I don't know where it comes from. now I get a call from some mdc company saying I must make payments to them for my Telkom account, of Which Telkom never told me when I closed my account that it would be handed over to that company and apparently now I owe R4300 and I do not even know how, because when I closed the account a month ago they said I owe R3000. I don't even know if that company is genuine, because Telkom never communicated anything with me. very disappointing.
