Telkom is the worst service provider!

Telkom is the worst. I ordered an iPhone 12 Pro online, I was told they have green. They debited my bank account for R1245. I waited for the phone to be delivered. When I called to follow up on my order I was then told they don't have stock of my phone. I was livid. They debit my account and then tell me there's no stock of the phone but when I made the order they had a green one. Telkom is ******* and I want my money back. This is ****************.
